I'll admit I enjoy Taco Bell from time to time. I've been coming to this location for years. But my last trip there reminds me of why they aren't growing. With only 3 cars in the drive thru, we waited for at least 5 minutes for the car in front of us to get their monster order. Then when it was our turn, another 5 minutes for food. I suggested that next time there is a wait, why not ask for cars to just pull ahead so others aren't waiting. Her response was, "it's okay"... Guess they have no interest in beating their competitors...

Ive been to this location several times and service is always painfully slow. But this is the last time I will go back. "Cross your fingers it won't take 30 hours," I said to my husband before exiting the car. We stopped to get a snack and so I could use the washroom on the way back from the cottage, and he would stay in the car and wait with our dog while I went in to get food.
First, the washroom is very dirty. Like nobody ever washes the stall walls and inside of toilets were visibly very dirty. Not like they had a rush and hadn't had a chance to tidy up. Truly filthy.
Next, I came out of the washroom and oh goodie, there was only one lady standing by the counter waiting for her order. So I was the only one in line. Well that didn't matter. The lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge me so I stepped forward a bit. She continued wiping trays until all trays in the stack were done. Then I thought she would look up at me to take my order but instead she started paying attention to the people in the kitchen and stood at the window just looking back there for a really long time. FINALLY she looked at me and said "can I take your order?" There was literally no reason why I stood there so long. By then, six more people had piled up behind me. Anyway, to make a long story short, it took a full 20 minutes to get my food, and one guy who ordered after me got his food before me.
No ice in the what appeared to be extremely dirty soda fountain. Only knives available in the plastic cutlery bin, (and of course they didn't put a fork in my to-go bag so I had to stand there another five minutes just to ask for one).
Finally, the food gave me explosive diarrhea and I was up half the night in the washroom. Pitiful service, dirty, don't eat here until they get their act together! I should have known better... -

This has to be one of the worst establishments I've been to in years. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely slow, the lineups are HUGE, the food doesn't have any effort put into it. The delivery drivers are always sitting in the dining area in a group watching people eat. This place needs lots of work!
